Dearest Joyce,
From the very beginning, you greeted me with open arms, welcomed me into your house, and made me feel as if I was a part of your family. Your infectious energy, your reassuring loyalty, your unselfish kindness, and your strength and willpower made you the unmistakable center of my many memories of Kenfig Hill. Your stories and laughter lifted everyone’s spirits, the warmth of your hug always made me smile, and, dammit, those rissoles were just brilliant!
